Tomato and onion relish

 

Real  homemade soulfood.  

Made with fresh tomato and onions and spices.

Full roundness of sweet salty  and a tinkling on  your tongue.    

Fantastic  with  braaivleis and mieliepap,on boerewors rolls,

for breakfast on toast and scramble eggs and bacon grillers.

Use it on savouries, even pitas, and pizza's.

GARLIC  SPREAD

​

This spread is so versatile.  It is a want to have  and must have, to put that extra flavour  to a cooked veggies, in  ordinary white sauce  and even add  parmasan cheese with it. 

Must have with freshly baked bread, rolls  and  spread it on the snoek  while its on the braai.

SWEET MUSTARD

​

This is real old fashion sweet mustard which I remember

since I started to discover in great grans fridge.  Especially on occasions when we had gammon or porkbelly. This was the mustard to enjoy with the thin slices of oven roasted pork meat. Nevertheless  it is GOOD  on any sandwich, toasted

sandwiches  open breads   and cold meats.

VINAIGRETTE

​

This is a nice soft orginal vinaigrette, sweet and rounded on the tongue, not to acidity. Good on any green and mix salads. Ready  to  use.

BBQ  ALL IN ONE SPICE

​

A mix  of spices that will enhance the meat  with a surprising

nice taste.  I  use this spice  on  beef, lamb, pork ,chicken and fish  like hake  and even angle fish.  You will not get tired of the taste and  taste every time  like a special  treat.

INFUSED  OLIVE /CANOLA  COOKING  OIL.

​

This product not only look very attractive, but the longer it

last the greater  the taste is. 

I love to fry onions and mushrooms  in it and have that light garlic, lemon and chillie taste. Very good with cooked veggies such as cauliflower, green beans, that need to be rounded of with a special taste. 

Making croutons   brush  some oil on the breadsticks, or   breadrolls slice in round slices, toast in oven till crispy and light brown.

SUGAR  SHAKERS

 

Sugar  infused  with  citrus  and vanilla   and cinnamon

carmel and chocolate malt.  

Treat your friends at home  with homemade  waffles or  pancakes, loaded with  ice cream , honey , infused sugar  to round it off.

Try it on  'pampoenkoekies'  pampoentert, appeltertjies or try and make your own surprise  pudding or dish.
